Job Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties will be as below:
• Coordinate and manage company stakeholder’s inquiries for any related matters to M-Biz Global
• Produce well-presented financial reports or other ad hoc reports for easy understanding and interpretation
• Setting up and maintaining filing systems (both paper based and electronic)
• Setting up and maintaining documentation of procedures on gathering information for report production
• Dealing with written and oral correspondence from shareholders for any regular or ad-hoc reports/inquiries
• Providing support to the management team with any IR (Investor Relations) related material
• Maintaining the contact database and email distribution lists
• Assist in the Company IPO process where needed
• Assist Finance/Accounting team in all aspects of business functions.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as necessary to meet the
needs of the Employer's business

Requirements

Skills and experience required:
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong, proven organizational and written skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral) in KOREAN and English
• Good phone manner and ability to liaise with senior management
• Intermediate knowledge of power point, excel and word
• Numeric & analytical skills preferable
• Ability to network internally & to represent the company to external contacts in the investment community
• Finance/Accounting (Part/Qualified)/Legal background preferably
• Professional manner with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong people management and relationship management skills
• Client service focused, on the phone, face to face or in writing
• Good time management, well organized, accurate, and ability to multi task

Salary

£22-26K per annum depending on qualification

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop high quality code that conforms to company coding standards.
  2. Research and develop new components using new technologies.
  3. Develop processes, procedures and controls within the systems.

  6. Research and provide the solutions which high level at logic and structure for company web-based systems.
